Order Your Repeat Prescription

If you’re stable on your medication and just need a repeat prescription, you can request this using the form below.

How To order your repeat prescription:

You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference and a link to pay for your prescription

Prescriptions will not be processed before payment is received

Please ensure that prescriptions are ordered at least 7 days in advance.

This form is only to be used by Southside Psychiatry patients who are on a stable dose of medication
