Order Your Repeat Prescription
If you’re stable on your medication and just need a repeat prescription, you can request this using the button below.
You won’t have an appointment for this — we’ll simply review your request and issue the prescription if everything is in order.
If we think you need to be seen before prescribing, we’ll get in touch and ask you to book an appointment.
Please:
-choose the prescriber who originally started your medication, and
-choose a request date that is 10 days before your medication runs out
📅 Example:
If your medication runs out on 21 December, you should select 11 December on the calendar.
Your request must be submitted on or before that date.
Requests made later than this may be delayed.
